Hi, my name is Tony Kilmister. I own and operate Kilmister Furniture Restoration Ltd with my wife, Ruth. Since 1986 we have built a strong reputation for great service and quality craftsmanship throughout the Wellington and Wairarapa regions.
Trained by my uncle, Brian Kilmister
Brian trained in 1950, working at Copp and Williams as a French Polisher.
We joined together in the mid 1980’s, bringing together traditional French Polishing and modern furniture spray finishing techniques to provide professional restoring for antique wood furniture.
To compliment our team further, we were joined by our brother Trevor in 1999 making it a true family business. Over the last 30 years Brian has shared his wealth of knowledge and the team take pride in providing professional restoring for antique wood furniture.
